We rent houses in Poggibonsi, a small city between Florence and Siena, in the heart of Tuscany. From Poggibonsi you can easily reach places such as San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Volterra, Greve in Chianti, Panzano in Chianti, Radda in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza, Val d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, San Galgano, Lucca, Garfagnana, Ponte della Maddalena (Devil's Bridge), Abetone, Pisa, Forte dei Marmi, Maremmashire, Amiata Mountain, Versilia, Elba Island, Cinque Terre, Genoa, Bologna, Rome. The houses are all in the historic center of the city, very close to the train, bus and taxi station. There are free public car parks within a radius of about 100 meters. The management of the apartments is familiar. The houses are all equipped with free wi-fi in fiber speed for work and fun. Check-in from 18:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out by approximately 9:00 on the day of departure. Upon request, at the time of booking, we will be able to welcome you in person, otherwise you can collect the house keys by yourself with the Self Check-In system. We accept pets. The apartments are ideal for eye surgery at Dr. Antonio Leccisotti's renowned "Siena Eye Laser" eye clinic in Poggibonsi, only about 250 meters away on foot. The tourist tax applies from 1 March to 31 October of each year up to a maximum of 5 nights, enjoyed by non-residents who stay overnight in the accommodation facilities of the municipality of Poggibonsi. The tourist tax amounts to 1 euro per night per person, to be paid in addition to the amount of the stay. Access to our apartments. We have no common areas, we do not serve breakfasts or meals.

The kitchens are new and have four burners, large fridge with separate freezer, built-in oven, various dishes, courtesy food products. LCD TV in every room. Upon your arrival you will also find clean sheets and towels and toiletries.

Heating and Air conditioning

The apartments are air conditioned to handle hot and cold. You will find a cool climate in summer and mild in winter. In the bathroom you will find an electric towel warmer to always have hot towels.

Original historic houses

The houses are ancient, located in the village of 1300. In some rooms there are exposed beams, brick walls, exposed stone and original floors, which we have decided to renovate and maintain as a symbol of the typical Tuscan style. The streets in which the apartments are located are the oldest in the lower city from which a splendid panoramic brick road (Via di San Lucchese), which can only be covered on foot, will take you to the Fortress of Poggio Bonizio with the upper medieval village, to the Cassero which dominates the highest point of the city and the Basilica of the patron saint in a panoramic position. Going down you will find the Fonte delle Fate and the Vallone park where you can refresh yourself before returning home.

The apartments allow you to walk to bars, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, train and bus stations, pharmacies, tobacconists and other shops without the need for a car. For those coming by car, many free public parking lots are available, with 24-hour video surveillance. The most popular tourist destinations in Tuscany are all very close and easy to reach both by car and by public transport. Poggibonsi will be an excellent starting point for all your itineraries.
